Returns Policy

Please note that due to the nature of Special Occasion merchandise, all sales are final.

We will issue a full credit if, due to unforeseen circumstances, your item cannot be shipped in time for your wear date and that we will inform you of this extremely rare occurrence in a timely manner.

In the unlikely event that we ship you a different style, color, or size than you ordered please contact us for a full refund. However, please be sure you select the correct color and size you intend to order when purchasing. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be allowed if you mis-order.

Due to the nature of special occasion merchandise no returns, credits, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued for online or in store purchases for any other reasons other than those indicated above. All payments on layaways are also final sale. Please be sure of the size and color before placing your order. In stock dresses are purchased "as is" and alterations are not included. Dresses purchased online will not be registered for events unless expressly approved/advertised by P.O.P.

Special order dresses cannot be cancelled or refunded for any reason once your transaction has been processed.

If no payment is received for over 90 days, any deposits will be forfeited and the order is assumed to be cancelled.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
